What you will do

• Design and deploy advanced AI/ML software to strengthen ISR decision advantage.
• Build end-to-end data and ML pipelines, including ingestion, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Implement CI/CD, containerization, and version control practices for modern ML engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and mission SMEs.
• Develop and train models using supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.
• Ensure solutions align with secure enterprise ecosystems and mission-focused R&D priorities.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain Secret clearance.
• 5+ years of experience with Python.
• Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Experience developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
• Experience with software engineering practices including CI/CD and containerization.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG.
• Experience with cloud or on-prem secure compute environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Master’s degree or AI/ML certifications.
