What you will do

• Apply quality principles to production control and design evaluations to ensure product requirements are met.
• Lead root-cause investigations into product failures and implement corrective and preventative measures.
• Develop and refine inspection processes and advanced testing mechanisms to streamline quality procedures.
• Support quality for commodities including CCAs, cables, and box assemblies.
• Utilize Tableau dashboards and predictive analytics to monitor production metrics and identify trends.
• Initiate automation and AI solutions to reduce errors and improve inspection rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of experience.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Familiarity with AS9100 standards or equivalent aerospace quality models.
• Experience with hardware engineering requirements, integration, and system testing.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing requirements and quality engineering systems.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization platforms.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent problem-solving methods.
• Experience with CCAs, cabling assemblies, and box-level components.
• Familiarity with IPC and J-STD standards for component and system analysis.
