What you will do

• Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners in the Brazilian market.
• Act as a lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, leveraging proprietary data to drive their growth.
• Lead projects that turn complex data into actionable business cases to improve metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to ensure lean and efficient scaling.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in an analytical business role (strategy consulting, startups, or investment banking).
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to craft convincing narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solver capable of handling ambiguity and making high-stakes decisions.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
