Product Support Analyst II

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and implement software products for diverse government environments.
• Analyze software usage to ensure maximum utilization for existing customers.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training plans and conduct virtual/on-site training sessions.
• Manage the help desk by providing direct telephone and email assistance to users.
• Maintain on-line help files and documentation for new and existing functions.
• Liaise with the development team to record anomalies and resolve reported outages.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required (H1-B or other visa sponsorship is not available).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in government acquisition, finance, or program management within a DoD organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, computer science, or related field (or 4+ years of equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical, persuasive writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a Federal background investigation for security clearance.
• Must be able to work on a computer for prolonged periods and travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with IDS products including CCaR and PMRT.
• Experience with DoD finance, contracting, and logistics systems.
