What you will do

• Lead the creation of AI standards, evaluation methodologies, and tools to accelerate development across the organization.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define success criteria and design MVPs.
• Lead the technical work of a scrum team, overseeing end-to-end architecture and ensuring high-quality implementation standards.
• Perform hands-on data analysis and modeling, including ETL and featurization for large-scale datasets.
• Apply advanced ML paradigms (Causal-ML, RL, Deep Learning, NLP) to solve real-world financial problems.
• Research and enable new ML technologies from academia and industry to solve customer problems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience in data science.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Operations Research.
• 8+ years of hands-on expertise in ML (Causal-ML, Bayesian, RL, or Deep Learning).
• Proficiency in optimization paradigms, NLP techniques, and Explainable AI.
• Expertise in Python, Scala, Java, and/or R.
• Experience building end-to-end reusable pipelines from data acquisition to model delivery.
