Salary: $142,800 – $223,400 annually

What you will do

• Design and build core components of the prompt generation pipeline for conversational ads.
• Develop new prompt themes and improve quality frameworks to expand coverage across surfaces.
• Define and run experiments to improve CTR, helpfulness, and advertiser outcomes.
• Contribute to the science roadmap for prompt generation and personalization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to turn science investments into measurable business impact.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in CS, CE, ML, or a related field (minimum 4 years experience for Master's).
• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• Proficiency in programming with Java, C++, Python, or related languages.
• Strong technical depth in algorithms, data structures, parsing, and numerical optimization.
• Experience in data mining, parallel/distributed computing, or high-performance computing.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI.
