Salary: $75,000 — $180,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead design teams to create visual solutions that align with creative briefs and solve client challenges.
• Partner with Strategy teams to approve creative briefs and develop award-winning concepts.
• Collaborate with copy partners to maintain focus on the core "big idea".
• Manage production efforts and budgets, ensuring all team deadlines are met.
• Develop visually compelling designs for digital, print, video, and social media channels.
• Mentor and develop junior art directors and designers.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant client or agency experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and award-winning design, preferably in the healthcare/pharma industry.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and visual communication.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY.
