Salary: $75,000 – 100,000 per year

What you will do

• Design slides, email headers, digital assets, infographics, toolkits, and guides.
• Create scalable visual systems and templates for repeatable campaigns.
• Translate dense data and program details into simple visual narratives.
• Maintain consistency with brand and accessibility standards.
• Partner closely with writers and project managers on rapid-turn deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong experience in visual design, specifically with editorial and systems-based design approaches.
• Experience designing for enterprise or internal communications programs.
• Ability to simplify complex, content-heavy information into clear visual formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.
• Must reside in one of the specified US states.
• Occasional availability between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
