Location: Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in-hub).

What you will do
- Deliver high-quality service and support to partners via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to remote monitoring, patch management, and security.
- Prioritize and manage personal caseload within defined service level objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide an excellent partner experience.
- Maintain and develop in-depth knowledge of products and services.
- Work in a 24/7 support environment with rotational weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting server, network, and endpoint security issues.
- Detailed knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, and event logs.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols including DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN.
- Ability to type 45-60 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Taguig City, Philippines.
Nice to have
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Knowledge of Linux, MacOS, SQL Administration, or Backup Technologies.
- Familiarity with SMTP, SNMP, and FTP protocols.
