TL;DR

Technical Support Engineer (N-central): Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues involving remote monitoring, asset tracking, and endpoint security with an accent on Windows Server administration and network troubleshooting. Focus on delivering high-quality support via phone, email, and chat while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting service level objectives.

Location: Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in-hub).

What you will do

  • Deliver high-quality service and support to partners via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to remote monitoring, patch management, and security.
  • Prioritize and manage personal caseload within defined service level objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide an excellent partner experience.
  • Maintain and develop in-depth knowledge of hirify.global products and services.
  • Work in a 24/7 support environment with rotational weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting server, network, and endpoint security issues.
  • Detailed knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, and event logs.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols including DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN.
  • Ability to type 45-60 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Taguig City, Philippines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Knowledge of Linux, MacOS, SQL Administration, or Backup Technologies.
  • Familiarity with SMTP, SNMP, and FTP protocols.
