What you will do
- Define and drive the company-wide AI strategy, identifying high-impact AI transformation opportunities across products, engineering, and operations.
- Develop and maintain the AI adoption roadmap, including selection of AI technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Integrate AI solutions into company processes such as software development, data analysis, QA/testing, documentation, and customer support workflows.
- Build and support internal platforms and tools that enable teams to leverage AI capabilities effectively.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and product teams to identify and implement practical AI use cases.
- Lead internal AI initiatives (experimentation, proof-of-concept projects, and rapid evaluation of emerging AI tools) and educate teams via workshops and training.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology companies, preferably in software engineering, platform engineering, or data/AI-related roles.
- Proven experience implementing new technologies and driving technical transformations at an organizational level.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies and ecosystems, including LLM-based tools and AI-powered workflows.
- Strong understanding of AI solution architecture and integrating AI tools into developer workflows.
- Experience leading process improvements or transformations in engineering teams.
- English: upper-intermediate or higher (able to communicate in technical discussions).
