What you will do

• Process prior authorizations, insurance verifications, and medical forms with high accuracy.
• Navigate and manage client electronic health records (EHR) and internal systems.
• Evaluate and electronically file medical documents into patient charts.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines and client-specific service level agreements.
• Track and log transaction counts and time spent on tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and provide coverage across multiple EHR platforms.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in managing high-volume, fast-paced administrative tasks.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain a secure, private workspace with reliable internet for remote work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform physical tasks as required.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and data protection.
