What you will do

• Lead the technical design and implementation of features and platform improvements for the marketing website.
• Own end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large projects, from scoping and planning through to production.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Content, and SEO teams to evolve the brand's web presence.
• Drive the evolution of the platform including large-scale migrations, web performance optimization, and headless CMS management.
• Mentor junior and intermediate developers through constructive code reviews and coaching.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing and building production-grade client-side web applications.
• Advanced production experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and CSS frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to set technical vision and make independent decisions in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Contentful CMS.
• Knowledge of Marketing Technologies and integrations (Marketo, B2B/B2C metrics, etc.).
