Location: Remote within the United States or Canada
Salary: $153,000 – $214,000 USD / $144,000 – $202,000 CAD

What you will do
- Lead the technical design and implementation of features and platform improvements for the marketing website.
- Own end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large projects, from scoping and planning through to production.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Content, and SEO teams to evolve the brand's web presence.
- Drive the evolution of the platform including large-scale migrations, web performance optimization, and headless CMS management.
- Mentor junior and intermediate developers through constructive code reviews and coaching.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing and building production-grade client-side web applications.
- Advanced production experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and CSS frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and AI-assisted development tools.
- Ability to set technical vision and make independent decisions in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience with Contentful CMS.
- Knowledge of Marketing Technologies and integrations (Marketo, B2B/B2C metrics, etc.).
