What you will do

• Provide clinical oversight and biometric monitoring via chat and in-app messaging.
• Triage and escalate member communications and clinical alerts within 24 business hours.
• Conduct proactive and reactive patient engagement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including dietitians, nurses, and physicians.
• Document medical records and report adverse events as required.
• Monitor remote patient devices and escalate findings per clinical protocols.

Requirements

• Must be an RN with an active license in good standing (compact license preferred).
• Must live in the United States.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 8 AM and 8 PM.
• Strong experience with electronic health records and in-app communication tools.
• Home office setup with high-speed internet for private conversations.
• Cannot hold full-time employment elsewhere.
