What you will do

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, telephones, and other IT equipment.
• Support hotel operating systems, property management systems (PMS), and business applications.
• Monitor IT infrastructure, manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and support.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, software licenses, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be a Saudi National.
• Previous experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or System Administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and basic network infrastructure.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Experience within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
