What you will do

• Identify and drive growth opportunities within new and existing strategic accounts.
• Translate complex business needs into technical solutions using the hirify.global portfolio.
• Conduct technical demonstrations and lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) for customers.
• Collaborate with client executives to manage account strategy and pipeline.
• Provide technical leadership in team-selling environments across the territory.
• Advise on digital transformation, change management, and infrastructure planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Technical Sales, Presales, or Solution Engineering.
• Must have experience working with large strategic customers in Saudi Arabia.
• Deep technical expertise in Hybrid Cloud, Data Management, and Storage solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cyber resilience, backup, disaster recovery, and ransomware mitigation.
• Experience with AI-driven solutions and infrastructure planning for AI use cases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for creating value propositions.
