What you will do

• Provide administrative and clerical support to revenue cycle management and operational teams.
• Assist with healthcare billing, collections, and the preparation of documentation for appeals and reporting.
• Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets while ensuring high data entry accuracy.
• Document client interactions and research issues related to patient and billing inquiries.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
• 1+ years of office experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical billing environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, commercial and government payors, and general billing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong attention to detail.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Austin, TX.
