What you will do

• Shape the strategy and roadmap of a core platform powering multiple products across international markets.
• Drive product discovery using customer research, behavioral analysis, and experimentation.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from validating ideas and defining requirements to delivery and optimization.
• Balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility to influence product direction.
• Collaborate with HQ leadership, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build solutions that measurably improve engagement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Proven experience developing digital products throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in product discovery and identifying opportunities via qualitative and quantitative research.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams in software development environments.
• Data-driven approach to product decisions and confidence in validating hypotheses.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and balance diverse business and technical priorities.
