What you will do
- Handle inbound voice calls from utility customers to help them save money and improve home energy efficiency.
- Support multiple programs and platforms, providing services such as customer enrollment and visit scheduling.
- Educate customers on program offerings and provide technical and online support.
- Utilize a wide range of support scripts, talking points, and usage guides.
- Manage customer interactions via chat and email where applicable.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment (Call Center experience preferred).
- Ability to type 35+ WPM.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
- Home office with hardwired internet meeting minimum speed standards (10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download).
