What you will do
- Lead the global business control organization, covering FP&A, global sales controlling, and global operations controlling.
- Act as a strategic business partner to leadership across finance, operations, and commercial teams to drive segment performance.
- Collaborate with Strategy and M&A to evaluate inorganic growth opportunities and ensure alignment with the Foodservice Packaging strategy.
- Advance global business intelligence capabilities and implement modern, analytics-driven reporting.
- Optimize working capital, including inventory, receivables, and payables, to maximize ROI and cash flow.
- Oversee the CAPEX process and lead key finance development projects.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally within manufacturing and global organizations.
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Espoo (Finland), UK, Spain, Germany, Poland, or the Netherlands.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop global teams.
- Strong strategic mindset and deep understanding of international business dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
