What you will do

• Develop Python and Matlab models for modern DSP algorithms used in object detection, classification, and tracking.
• Implement developed models onto real-time DSP platforms, including processors and hardware accelerators.
• Design optimal radar waveforms for diverse sensing applications.
• Collaborate closely with RF IC and Antenna teams to select optimal antenna topologies.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to support team growth.
• Conduct systems analysis to improve operational policies and project procedures.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in algorithm development.
• Advanced proficiency in Matlab and Python for DSP and ML applications.
• Strong theoretical understanding of signal processing concepts and practical application of advanced methods.
• Proven ability to implement algorithms on digital signal processing platforms.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Ability to rapidly translate technical documentation into functional solutions.

Nice to have

• PhD degree.
• Experience constructing complex decision-making systems using ML on top of DSP algorithms.
• Experience with high-scale projects, version control systems, and bug tracking.
