What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical face for key customers integrating coherent DSP solutions.
• Own the end-to-end customer success lifecycle from design-in to production deployment.
• Lead complex technical issue resolution to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal analog, DSP, systems, and software teams to clear engineering roadblocks.
• Act as the voice of the customer to provide actionable product and design feedback.
• Operate at the frontier of scale-out and scale-across optical architectures for AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 5+ years of experience (or Master’s/PhD with 3+ years).
• Deep knowledge of DSP fundamentals and analog/mixed-signal circuits for high-speed optical communications.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed signal characterization and electro-optic components.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional environments and technical customer management.
• Ability to travel periodically to customer sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with coherent optical communications and optical DSPs.
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or MATLAB.
