What you will do

• Advance new technology concepts from early-stage ideas to demonstrated feasibility.
• Develop prototypes and experimental platforms to evaluate new solutions.
• Define and execute experiments, analyze data, and drive lab-based validation.
• Develop models, algorithms, and analysis techniques to address complex problems.
• Iterate quickly on prototypes and methodologies to converge on viable solutions.
• Present findings clearly and contribute to technical reviews and documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to work across disciplines.
• Proven experience developing prototypes and experimental systems.
• Hands-on lab experience including measurement methodologies, test automation, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, or similar tools for modeling and automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to engineering trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Experience with sensors, signal processing, or data-driven algorithms.
• Experience developing novel measurement techniques for emerging technologies.
• Background in statistical analysis or advanced data visualization.
• Experience creating customer demonstrations to showcase new concepts.
