What you will do

• Support project planning by managing timelines, budgets, and resources from initiation to completion.
• Assist with design and permitting, working with architects and engineers to secure all necessary approvals.
• Monitor construction progress via site visits to ensure work is proceeding smoothly and safely.
• Facilitate communication between clients, suppliers, contractors, and local authorities.
• Identify and mitigate risks to support smooth project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project records and prepare necessary reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Education in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 1 year of work experience in construction, design, or project coordination.
• English proficiency is required.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to communication.
• Knowledge of construction and permitting processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Greek.
• Skills in CAD or BIM software.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
