What you will do

• Deliver high-quality UX/UI design solutions for eCommerce platforms.
• Participate in design workshops and vision work for cross-functional teams.
• Craft foundational experience artifacts including journey maps, personas, and heuristic reviews.
• Collaborate with UX leads and peers to align scope, timing, and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with engineering to track QA builds and resolve design fidelity risks.
• Monitor post-launch metrics to drive continuous product improvements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (Visa sponsorship is not available)
• Proven experience in UX/UI design for eCommerce environments.
• Strong ability to synthesize user research, business goals, and design standards.
• Proficiency in agile processes and iterative prototyping.
• Experience with design systems and heuristic evaluation.
• Ability to work onsite in designated US locations.
