Senior Creator Ecosystem Manager (Web3)

Location: Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement; role location limited to China, Malaysia, Singapore, or Taiwan

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and iterate platform content policies, community guidelines, and crypto-specific moderation standards.
• Oversee internal moderation teams and outsourced vendors while optimizing workflows and quality assurance.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve AI moderation tools, classifiers, and reporting systems.
• Monitor emerging abuse patterns, lead high-severity incident response, and develop escalation protocols.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Creator Operations on regulatory alignment and policy communications.
• Define governance KPIs and produce transparency reports and ecosystem insights for leadership.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or platform governance at a major internet or social platform.
• Deep understanding of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 risks, scams, bad actors, and harmful financial content.
• Experience managing moderation teams and vendor relationships at scale.
• Strong policy-writing and decision-making skills in ambiguous situations.
• Data-driven approach with experience using dashboards, SQL, and operational metrics.
• Fluent English required, both verbal and written.
