What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to enhance risk and fraud detection systems.
• Provide technical direction and shape the strategy for the Risk and Fraud team.
• Use SQL to fetch, transform, and manipulate data for model development.
• Write production-grade code to deliver robust machine learning solutions.
• Apply statistical methods to design experiments and evaluate model performance.
• Partner with the Operations team to respond to evolving fraud events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or ML Engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Experience working in financial systems, specifically lending or risk/fraud domains.
