What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of email campaigns including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Build and QA emails within marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
• Coordinate end-to-end webinar execution, including setup, promotion, and speaker logistics.
• Conduct market and competitor research to create benchmarking reports and identify industry trends.
• Compile campaign performance reports and analyze marketing data to identify actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to coordinate content and design assets.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, specifically email and event marketing.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or marketing automation platforms.
