Intern - Marketing Operations

What you will do

• Assist with the setup, execution, and monitoring of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Clean contact lists and upload data to HubSpot.
• Maintain CRM data, segmentation, lead scoring, tagging, and routing workflows.
• Prepare performance dashboards and weekly or monthly marketing reports.
• Support vendor onboarding, purchase order creation in Coupa, and budget-spend tracking.
• Document workflows, reports, and campaign summaries while contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn marketing technologies and data-driven practices.
