Trade Marketing & Retail Excellence Intern (Dutch-Speaking)

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands; hybrid with 2–3 days per week in the office

hirify.global develops home-living products and manages brands including Philips, with a focus on appliances such as air fryers and coffee makers.

What you will do

• Support new product launches across retail and e-commerce channels.
• Coordinate promotions, activations, and commercial campaigns with retail partners such as MediaMarkt.
• Create and optimize online and in-store marketing materials, including product content, displays, leaflets, and promotional assets.
• Analyze sales, campaign, and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Track product availability and support the execution of new product introductions.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to bring commercial strategies to market.

Requirements

• Currently studying International Business, Commercial Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent Dutch is required for creating and reviewing Dutch-language retail content and promotional materials.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Student registration must be maintained throughout the entire 6–12-month internship. Students from outside the EU must complete a NUFFIC agreement signed by the student and university.
