Connect Marketing Intern (Hospitality)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; 5–6-month internship starting in February 2027.

Company

European hospitality organisation operating accommodation, coworking, community, events, food and beverage, and wellness spaces across multiple countries.

What you will do

• Provide research support for global marketing strategies across co-working, membership, and events-related products.
• Track ongoing initiatives, identify delays and gaps, and flag missing project owners.
• Coordinate requests between product owners and marketing, including campaigns, launches, and enablement materials.
• Monitor marketing channel updates and extract relevant roadmap, messaging, and timeline changes.
• Support live projects through launch checklists, content trackers, agendas, and status updates.
• Prepare decks and one-pagers and contribute ideas to marketing discussions.

Requirements

• Currently studying toward a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field and remaining enrolled throughout the internship.
• Some hands-on marketing or project coordination experience through an internship, student project, or part-time role.
• Fluent English.
• Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Organised and detail-oriented while maintaining a broader perspective.
• Clear and direct written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about how hospitality and co-working brands build communities.
