What you will do

• Provide research support for global marketing strategies across the product portfolio.
• Track ongoing initiatives, flagging delays or gaps in project timelines.
• Act as a liaison between product owners and the marketing team to translate needs into actionable tasks.
• Monitor marketing channel updates to extract key insights regarding roadmaps and messaging.
• Coordinate live projects across co-working, membership, and OpenUp products.
• Prepare clear status updates, decks, and one-pagers for team alignment.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Hands-on experience with marketing or project coordination.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
