What you will do

• Ensure all software functionalities are correctly tested and documented.
• Maintain computer systems in compliance with KION IT security guidelines.
• Monitor software legality, support status, and implement necessary upgrades.
• Process incoming incidents and service requests.
• Manage and monitor user access rights.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in software control and distribution.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, MS AVD, and SCCM.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work onsite in Guadalupe, Mexico.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), MCSA, or MVP certifications.
