What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement AI solutions for healthcare applications.
• Architect and deploy foundational models and LLM-based agents for optimal performance.
• Conduct research on emerging advancements in medical foundational models and AI agents.
• Communicate complex technical methodologies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build reusable and scalable tools to unlock insights from structured and unstructured clinical data.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, computer science, applied mathematics) or equivalent experience.
• Direct experience working with LLMs and prompt optimization technologies.
• Experience applying machine learning in digital health applications.
• Proficiency in developing transformer-based deep learning algorithms using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with software engineering principles and production deployment.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience with fine-tuning and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
