What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle from strategic design to hands-on execution of large-scale impact initiatives.
• Build the new Scouting, Creation & Distribution direction from the ground up, including operating models and pipelines.
• Provide strategic and curatorial guidance for the Alternativa Film Festival to strengthen its global positioning.
• Develop strategic partnerships with global platforms, distributors, sales agents, and A-list festivals.
• Represent the initiative externally as its principal voice in the film industry.
• Design behavioral change programs that harness the power of film, media, and storytelling.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of senior leadership experience in the global film industry (distribution, sales, major festivals, or streaming).
• Proven track record in international distribution and scaling content to diverse audiences.
• Deep global network of senior industry contacts including buyers, programmers, and streamers.
• Experience managing senior leaders and building new initiatives from scratch.
• Strong business background with an equity-driven mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
