What you will do

• Operate all machinery designed to manufacture gravure cylinder bases to required specifications.
• Work across various production areas including plating, engraving, and proofing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work independently and effectively within the production team.
• Cross-train in multiple positions to support overall operational flexibility.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Sandston, VA, USA.
• Physical ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally move up to 70 lbs.
• Capability to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Dependability and a hardworking approach to manufacturing tasks.
• Ability to interact verbally in person and via phone.
