What you will do

• Maintain, evolve, and scale the Abax Design System components, tokens, and patterns in Figma and Storybook.
• Structure the design system to be AI-consumable, enabling AI tools to reliably generate on-system UI.
• Create internal videos, micro-interactions, and transitions that make the product feel alive.
• Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to produce high-quality motion effects for launches and campaigns.

Requirements

• Must be based in Barcelona.
• Professional English proficiency is essential.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern Design System architecture.
• Hands-on experience with motion tools such as After Effects, Rive, or Spline.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to simplify complex systems.
• Capability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish or Catalan.
• Previous experience working in an early-stage startup.
