What you will do

• Own and execute the website development and optimization strategy aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain high-performing website pages and templates using Webflow and Wix.
• Develop scalable components and implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement and manage conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing.
• Optimize site structure, metadata, and technical implementation for SEO.
• Monitor site performance and user behavior using Google Analytics and Hotjar.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in website marketing, product management, or digital strategy.
• Hands-on expertise in Webflow and Wix is mandatory.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for component customization.
• Proven track record of improving site performance and conversion rates.
• Experience with API integrations and compliance-led tracking.
• Must be eligible to be hired via an Employee of Record (EoR) in South Africa.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of GDPR, data compliance, and secure form handling.
• Experience integrating CRM tools and marketing automation.
• Understanding of personalization engines and behavioral triggers.
