What you will do
- Translate customer needs into complete technical solutions and support the sales team with proposals and presentations.
- Manage project registration in SAP, scheduling, and technical feasibility assessments.
- Conduct risk assessments and monitor project quality, budget, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate logistics for parts shipping and oversee on-site installation resources and HSE&S plans.
- Manage the project closing process, including root cause analysis, invoicing, and customer satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
- Bachelor Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in project management with strong technical expertise.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering documents, assembly drawings, and maintenance instructions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer management skills.
Nice to have
- PMP certificate.
- Knowledge of SAP, CRM, and MS Project.
- Working knowledge of French.
- Experience with equipment and packaging services portfolio.
