What you will do

• Guide users through the registration process and verify data within the system.
• Interact with the partner database via calls and messengers to increase activity and involvement.
• Execute campaigns to reactivate inactive users and manage churn rate metrics.
• Track market conditions and competitor activities within the industry.
• Prepare operational reports on KPIs and organize feedback collection via NPS surveys.
• Provide operational support during new region launches and local pilot tests.

Requirements

• Fluency in Kazakh and Russian (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Proven track record in operations, customer service, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including filters and basic formulas.
• Ability to handle objections effectively and work within strict SLAs.
• High level of precision and a responsible approach to internal regulations.
