What you will do

• Serve as the primary relationship owner within Customer Success, leading regular business reviews and managing NPS.
• Deliver impactful presentations and actionable recommendations to drive customer value and ROI.
• Educate customers on digital solutions and tool functionalities tailored to their specific business needs.
• Identify and convert growth opportunities and generate sales leads within the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal product and operations teams to provide feedback and improve the client experience.
• Lead client onboarding processes and execute thought leadership projects.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the CPG industry, market research, or category management.
• Prior experience with NIQ or similar analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ukrainian and English: Upper Intermediate (B2) level required.
• Bachelor's degree (Honour's degree is a plus).
• Strong analytical mind and numerical skills.
