What you will do
- Serve as first-line technical support for external developers and partners integrating with onchain products and APIs.
- Troubleshoot integration issues across smart contracts, SDKs, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Write scripts in Python, JavaScript, or Go to reproduce issues and build support utilities.
- Maintain and improve technical documentation, FAQs, and example repositories.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to identify pain points and improve developer tooling.
- Develop internal processes and playbooks for partner onboarding and support requests.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in software engineering or technical support.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in debugging APIs, reading smart contract interfaces, and working with backend systems.
- Ability to read and write code in at least one scripting or general-purpose language.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical resolutions to partners.
- Interest in crypto, DeFi, and blockchain infrastructure.
