Data Migrations Specialist (LegalTech): Managing complex data migration projects for legal professionals with an accent on data transformation, cleansing, and customer onboarding. Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin or Barcelona (minimum 2 days per week in office).
Salary: €53,900 – €73,100 EUR.

What you will do
- Deliver data migration sessions to Spanish and English-speaking customers across EMEA.
- Perform data transformations and imports from various sources, including CSV and SQL, into products.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
- Manage multiple client cases simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Contribute to knowledge articles and develop new processes for data extraction and transformation.
- Identify opportunities to automate migration workflows and improve tooling.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish required.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Lookups, formulas, pattern recognition).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data processing.
- Must be able to work from the Dublin or Barcelona office at least twice per week.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with coding (Python, SQL).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other SaaS tools.
- Experience working with API-driven applications.
- Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Proven track record in a dynamic startup environment.
