Senior Fullstack Developer (React, Node.js)

We are looking for a Senior Full stack developer (TS node.JS react) in a European outsourcing company to develop a new project.

Conditions: Remote work. B2B contract with a German company.

Location: Worldwide (working Time zone- CET)

Project Objective: The Product powering partner apps and workflows for doctors, pharmacies, and internal operations. Whether it's generating prescriptions or enabling access to care. You'll work on marketplace product, contributing across frontend (React) and backend (Node.js), with real influence on architecture and decisions.

What you'll do

• Build and own features end-to-end (React + Node.js)
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions
• Identify problems and fix them proactively (not just execute tasks)
• Improve code quality, processes, and overall product experience

• Strong experience with React and Node.js (true fullstack)
• Able to work independently with high ownership
