Project focused on implementing and optimizing Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Operations solutions. The role combines business process analysis, solution design, configuration, customer advisory, and post-go-live support. 🛠️

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Project Operations and/or PSA
- Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, optimization and implementation
- Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into scalable system solutions
- Ability to work across functional and technical aspects of projects
- Senior-level customer-facing consulting experience
- Excellent English communication skills 🗣️

Nice to have:
- Large-scale Field Service or Project Operations implementation experience
- PSA solution experience
- International consulting background
- Knowledge of CRM and Customer Engagement best practices
- Experience with organizational change and process optimization
- Hybrid customer environment experience
