Salary: €50,000–€70,000 per year

What you will do

• Own pricing performance for assigned markets to drive revenue and margin growth.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to enhance pricing tools and AI-supported solutions.
• Act as a key interface between Country and Category Management teams.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or data-driven commercial roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work onsite in Cologne for regular team collaboration.
• Experience working with large datasets to derive actionable insights.
