What you will do

• Frame business problems into clear, testable analytical or machine-learning use cases.
• Develop, validate, and evaluate statistical, machine learning, and AI models.
• Build production-quality models and collaborate with engineering teams for deployment.
• Ensure model pipelines are robust, scalable, monitored, and well-documented.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building within the team.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience deploying models into production environments.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience operating in regulated or governance-conscious environments.

• Exposure to cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
