What you will do

  • Review and investigate alerts indicating potential AML or responsible gaming (RG) risks and implement remediation.
  • Monitor player accounts to identify at-risk or problem gamblers and ensure appropriate intervention.
  • Develop, maintain, and update AML policies and procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare AML training materials and conduct training sessions for relevant internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Compliance, and CRM teams to uphold responsible gaming standards.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations on RG activities and outcomes for management.

Requirements

  • Experience in the iGaming industry is required.
  • Strong understanding of AML principles and responsible gaming practices.
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations and industry standards in regulated markets.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for dealing with distressed customers.
  • High attention to detail.
