What you will do

  • Own HubSpot operations for multiple midmarket brands, including workflows, pipelines, automations, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain lifecycle flows for onboarding, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
  • Enable brand managers by creating how-to guides and teaching them to handle day-to-day tasks independently.
  • Design and implement agentic AI workflows to automate repetitive marketing tasks and analysis.
  • Create audience segments using HubSpot and internal customer data platforms integrated with billing systems.
  • Support sales teams with CRM tasks, lead routing, and pipeline hygiene.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in HubSpot, specifically workflows, lists, pipelines, and reporting.
  • Experience or strong desire to build AI prompt chains and agentic workflows.
  • Natural teaching ability and willingness to document processes for others.
  • Systems thinking approach to understand data flows between CRM and billing systems.
  • Comfort working in an evolving environment with ambiguous processes.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Skanderborg, Denmark.
