What you will do
- Build and deploy daily CRM campaigns across email, app push notifications, and SMS.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement.
- Support testing of personalization hypotheses to increase relevance and effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to keep campaign execution running smoothly.
- Assist with CRM projects and strategic CRM development initiatives focused on growth through personalized communications.
Requirements
- Legal right to work in Denmark at the time of employment (no visa sponsorship or relocation support).
- Fluent English and strong written communication skills.
- Some experience with marketing automation platforms such as SFMC, Adobe, Braze, Agillic, Voyado, HubSpot, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of HTML for email.
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
