What you will do

• Define and lead end-to-end architecture for robotics solutions including software, hardware, simulation, and cloud.
• Drive technical direction and support teams through the full development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Establish reusable patterns, engineering standards, and best practices for robotics projects.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms for scalable systems.
• Collaborate with clients on technical discovery, solution design, and architecture reviews.
• Mentor engineers and research emerging robotics technologies for practical implementation.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in robotics system architecture and leading complex projects
• Strong expertise in C/C++ and Python for production-grade robotics applications
• Strong experience with ROS/ROS2, perception, SLAM, localization, mapping, motion planning
• Advanced knowledge of mobile robotics, autonomous platforms, or industrial automation
• Hands-on with simulation tools, computer vision, sensor integration, real-time systems
• Strong software engineering practices, testing, CI/CD, Linux environments
• MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related
