Payroll Specialist

Location: Brno, Czech Republic (Hybrid: max 2 days/week WFH)

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time for assigned populations.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll and tax regulations.
• Maintain SOX key controls and audit-ready documentation to support internal audits.
• Manage wage garnishments and provide prompt responses to unemployment claim requests.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and Human Resources to resolve payroll interdependencies.
• Administer Time and Attendance processes and support system configuration testing and enhancements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Deep knowledge of the Czech Labor Code.
• Fluent English (C1) and Czech (C2) language proficiency.
• Legal eligibility to work in the Czech Republic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AI-enabled tools.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong priority-setting skills.

Nice to have

• Professional payroll certification.
• Experience with ADP Payroll applications (Vantage, Data Bridge, ETime) and Workday.
